Process of After-sale Service

 

During the selling of our products, all dealers shall treat customers in the hearty and civilized manner and actively cooperate with the company in the propaganda of products and after-sale service. Meanwhile, if any quality-related problem is detected upon the receipt of or during the selling of our products, and if the products suffer any damages from the transportation or moving, please deal with them according to the following process, otherwise the complaints will be regarded as incorrect and ignorable.

 

  • 1. Make preliminary judgment on the cause of the quality-related problem (if any)
  • 2. Fill out the “Customer Complaint Treatment Form” accurately and then fax it to the company’s headquarters.
  • 3. Require the customer to provide relevant picture(s), based on which our Technological R&D Center may conclude with accurate analysis and determination. 
  • 4. Relative department(s) of our company will formulate reasonable treatment plan according to the “Customer Complaint Treatment Form” and picture(s) submitted by the customer.
